                        An Evening Visit

It was a beautiful April evening.  The tall, dense shadows of the trees were a beautiful sight.  Colorful cars lined the road.
                                                   

The little plants were smelling the atmosphere with their flower buds.  The sun was setting, and it was amazing.  While the children were seen playing, the elders were also busy in their activities.  Some of them were walking and some of them were exercising.  The little ones were attracting people by doing all sorts of mischief.
                                     

             

                                                                           
As I walked, I came to the point where I had to return.  When I turned around, I had just gone a little further when suddenly someone called to me and I immediately looked back but no one was seen and I was very surprised.  Then I walked forward smiling a little.  I thought maybe that's what I thought.  At that very moment, when someone came near my ear and shouted loudly, I was also shocked to see him.  Dude, all of a sudden you came here from Dubai.  Oh man, I'm coming today, now you will do all the talking here or you will go home.  I sat in the car with him and walked home describing today's scene.

اپریل کی ایک حسین شام تھی۔ درختوں کے لمبے گھنے ساۓ ایک دلکش منظر پیش کر رہے تھے۔ سڑک پر رنگ برنگی گاڑیاں قطاروں کی صورت میں رواں دواں تھیں۔ چھوٹے چھوٹے پودے اپنے پھولوں کی خشبو سے محول کو مہکا رہے تھے۔ سورج بھی ڈوبتے ہوۓ کمال کا منظر دےرہا تھا۔ باۼوں میں جہاں  بچے کھیلتے نظر آرہے تھے وھیں بڑے بھی اپنی سرگرمیوں میں مصروف تھے۔ ان میں سے کوئی  تو چہل قدمی کر رہا تھا اور کوئی ورزش کر رہا تھا۔ ننھے منھے بچے طرح طرح کی شرارتیں کرکے لوگوں کو اپنی طرف متوجہ کر رہے تھے۔ چلتے چلتے وہ مقام بھی آ پہنچا جہاں سے میں نے واپس مڑنا تھا۔ جب میں مڑا تو ابھی تھوڑا ہی آگے گیا تھا کہ اچانک کسی نے مجھے آواز دی اور میں نے فوراً  پیچھے مڑ کر دیکھا مگر کوئی نظر نہ آیا تو مجھے  بہت حیرانگی ہوئی۔ پھر میں زرا سا مسکراتے ہوۓ آگے چل پڑا۔ یہ سوچا کہ شاید یہ میرا خیال ہوگا۔ ٹھیک اُسی لمحے کوئی کان کے قرہب آ کر زور سے چیخا تو اُسے دیکھ کر میں بھی ہکہ بکہ رہ گیا۔ ارے یار تُو یہاں اچانک, کب آیا تُو دوبئی سے واپس۔ اوہ یار آج ہی تو آرہا ہوں, اب ساری باتیں ہہیں کریگا یا گھر بھی چلے گا۔ میں اُس کے ساتھ گاڑی میں بیٹھا اور آج کا منظر بیان کرتے ہوۓ گھر کی طرف ہولیا۔
